The stay was absolutely restful. Delightful staff & top location, everything was good. We liked the room: it was immaculate and well-kept. Breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of food! They had a quick check-in too.
it made my trip to san jose a very comfortable experience. the accommodation was neat, the room was excellent. walking distance to the sandy beach. i got free upgrade and liked it. the staff was really helpful and recommended a superb restaurant.
View was panoramic, breakfast was DELICIOUS, and beds were great. The staff was amazing, good service. Loved staying here, my room was fancy and had complimentary WiFi and microwave. Modern interior design. The location was excellent, next to San Jose, the San Jose Convention Center and downtown. It was also within walking distance of san jose convention center.
Btw, their valet is top! Just a 15-minute stroll to the center. We went to Vietnoms, located within short walking distance to the hotel, to have some dinner. Besides, parking was available onsite. It was worth its 4 stars.
The hotel was nice and the staff was well-trained. Liked this venue, had good experience.
a wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like caffe frascati that was only 15 minutes' walk away. the beds were comfortable in our room.
We liked the fact that we chose westin san jose. We would be happy to recommend the hotel to all as its location was prime
